Presale and No Returns or Exchanges: As of March 5, 2024, The Scent Librarian is operating on a presale basis, and as such, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards providing you with the best possible products.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged during transport, we've got you covered. Our shipping insurance ensures that damages are fully covered, and you will receive a full refund for the damaged items.
Process for Damaged Items: If your items are damaged during transport, please follow the steps below to initiate a refund:

Notification: Contact us at support@thescentlibrarian.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged products and packaging.
