Are you an business with tax exemption status and would like to set up your account to tax exempt? You're in the right spot! Below is our ST 105 form that can be filled out and returned to kelly@thescentlibrarian.com along with your state tax ID form. Once we receive both of these items, we can set your account to tax exempt!
