Location: The Scent Librarian is proudly located in the heart of the Midwest, Indiana. For our valued customers transitioning from a California-based supplier, please be aware that shipping costs may vary based on your location.

Shipping Partners: We have partnered with ShipStation to provide you with discounted shipping rates, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery process. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS.

Presale Orders: As we operate through presales, please be advised that Round 1 of presales will conclude around March 15th, pending the receipt of production samples. After this date, production will commence, and we estimate a delivery timeline of approximately 60 days.

Expected Delivery: Anticipated delivery to consumers for Round 1 presale orders is expected between May 13th and May 20th.

Pallet Shipping: For larger orders, we offer the option to ship by pallet. Pallet shipping can be a cost-effective solution for bulk orders. If you are interested in shipping by the pallet, please contact us at support@thescentlibrarian.com for personalized pricing before placing your order.

International Shipping: We proudly extend our shipping services to USA territories such as Guam, the Virgin Islands, and military bases. If you are located in these areas, please proceed with your order during checkout.
